Briefly un-Japi

The nightly japi results will probably not be produced this weekend,
I'm afraid. The machine that's been producing them has been shut down,
and I've got a fancy new Ubuntu machine to replace it, but I haven't
had time to set it up to be able to run japi and install the cron job.
For various reasons it's not possible to leave the old machine running
in parallel with the new, and it probably won't be possible for me to
do it remotely either. I'll make sure they get set up on Monday.
